Are your products treated with chemicals? Tell us more about the fabric you use?
Our pajamas are made from one of the highest-quality organic bamboo fabrics on the market - a dreamy blend of 95% bamboo and 5% spandex for just the right amount of stretch as your little ones grow. We take safety seriously and proudly follow all U.S. Consumer Product Safety Guidelines to ensure our products are flammability safe. While some parents prefer a looser fit, snug-fitting pajamas are actually the safest choice for sleepwear - no chemicals, no flame retardants, just naturally soft, breathable fabric that meets every safety standard. Because at Dreamers, comfort and safety always go hand in hand.
How should I wash my Dreamers pajamas?
Keep your Dreamers as soft and cozy as the day they arrived! Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colors and fabrics. Lay flat to dry (recommended) or tumble dry on no heat if you’re in a hurry. Skip the OxiClean, bleach, and fabric softeners as they can damage or fade our buttery bamboo fabric.
Will my Dreamers pajamas shrink?
All of our fabrics are pre-shrunk, but our bamboo pieces may shrink slightly (about 3–5%) after the first wash. To keep them perfectly soft and true to size, wash and dry on cool settings — your little dreamer’s favorites will stay cozy and just right!
ORDERS
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We totally get it! Sometimes you change your mind! We’ll always do our best to accommodate an edit or cancellation, but because our team works quickly to get orders out the door, we can’t guarantee changes once your order has been processed. Can I change my shipping address?
We know mistakes happen! If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us right away and we’ll do our very best to help. Is gift packaging included?
Not automatically — but we’ve got you covered if you’re sending a gift! ✨Our custom gift packaging can be added at checkout and is designed to make bedtime feel extra special. Think: the softest pajamas packaged in an adorable Dreamers pouch that can be repurposed as a toy, crayon, or snack pouch and a sweet bedtime book wrapped up in our signature Dreamers paper with a handwritten note from you. It’s the kind of gift every parent (and little dreamer) loves to receive.
Can I change my payment method after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the payment method. Our system processes payments right away to get your order moving quickly! If you need help with your order, our customer service team is always happy to assist at info@dreamers-kids.com.

Yes! We love treating our Dreamers community to special offers throughout the year. Subscribe to our emails at the bottom of our homepage to be the first to know about sales and promotions that we offer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Rates are calculated based on your location, local taxes, and the total weight of your order. Please note that Saturday and Sunday aren’t considered transit days nor are federal holidays. And while we’ll ship as quickly as possible, expedited shipping doesn’t speed up monogramming processing times.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping within the US for all orders $100+.
Do you ship internationally?
While we don’t currently offer international shipping on our website, please reach out to our customer service team at info@dreamers-kids.com to discuss an international order! We will be happy to try to provide our products to little dreamers abroad and would love to formally expand internationally in the future.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way! If your order seems lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or possibly stolen, please reach out to our customer service team at info@dreamers-kids.com, we’re here to help make it right.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I make a return?
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. All books are considered final sale when purchased. While exchanges are always complimentary within the U.S., returns for a refund are subject to an $8 return shipping fee. Each return request must be sent back with its designated return label. For accuracy, items from different orders may not be combined in one package. To ensure the smoothest process, please use our online return portal - returns sent with independent labels may experience delays. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval and your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, Dreamers reserves the right to decline refunds or exchanges for items not returned in salable condition, and any unsalable items will not be returned to the customer.
How do I make a gift exchange?
We’re happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and un-customized merchandise for store credit or exchange. Only items purchased directly through Dreamers are eligible for gift returns or exchanges. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@dreamers-kids.com for assistance.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Our team works very hard to receive and process returns in a timely manner. Please allow for 2-3 weeks for the refund to go back to the original form of payment.
